  I received my package quickly, however there was a mistake. I had ordered Thong underwear but was sent a 3-pack of Papi Jockstraps. The Size, Colors, and brand were all correct. The style was incorrect. I contacted the Sand Storm LLC immediately by email and explained the problem. I got a reply the same day. It was suggested I buy the Jocks at 1/2 price, but I don't like Jockstraps. Before I could ask about other solutions a full refund was issued, and all was resolved. Well done!
