Zu der Bestellung kam noch die Zollgebühr dazu in Höhe von fast 17 Euro und das Akku kam fast 70 Euro somit kann man noch Geld drauflegen und sich gleich ein neues Handy kaufen,der Verkäufer hätte dies in der Beschreibung angeben können und auch auf Mails antworten können

The lithium battery arrived dented; it had been posted in a thin brown envelope. It is difficult to see how this complied with the requirements of the Post Office for safe transit of a potentially dangerous package. The Seller agreed to a return and provided a postage label. When taken to the Post Office the label was ‘rejected’ as it had been ‘used before’. The Seller’s response was "just put the package in a post box". This has little chance of a successful refund without any tracking info.
