    Ordered 2 mugs as Christmas gifts as the listing said they’d be here by 21st December. Unfortunately they didn’t arrive. Contacted the seller on 24th for an update etc. They replied promptly (on Christmas Day!) and offered replacements or a refund. I opted for a refund as it was too late to give the gifts. The seller replied today and has already processed my refund. Very happy with the response and how they sorted it out without any issues. I’d have no hesitation buying from this seller again.
