This isn’t a new in box Fitbit this is a second hand refurbished Fitbit at best, the straps are replacements as the genuine Fitbit has the Fitbit logo on whereas this doesn’t the charger isnt the original one either the main watch is dirty which if it was new wouldn’t be the case tried contacting the seller but no answer the price i paid isn’t the amount listed against my purchase this is at best miss representation at worst fraud do not buy this seller is not legit
