2 were ordered (for twins) unfortunately only 1 arrived. The initial one arrived within a couple of days, and is great. Contacted seller, fast response, immediately agreed to refund for the one that hadn't arrived, but I couldn't use the other either (being twins one would have been most upset). Seller great, refunded both. For £2.25 these cake toppers are lovely, seller great.

I ordered a blue butterfly patterned phone case and despite a confirmation email and what it said on the packaging, I received a plain blue case. I was thinking of returning the case and demanding a refund but I needed a case urgently. In future for other customers, please ensure you send out the actual products ordered and if not available inform your customers that the product they ordered is not available and allowing them to make a different choice.
