    They said it was new in box still wrapped in original packaging and it was, brand new in box, had a slight problem trying to get me SIM from my old phone working and couldn't so EE downloaded a Esim direct which sorted my issue immediately, I did message the seller panicking and to be fair to them the replied with some instructions to try to remedy the issue, they are a genuine company that do respond to any issues, I do trust this seller and would definitely buy again, 100% real review.

    My previous phone had gone on the blink so I looked on ebay to see if I could find a cheaper one rather than paying a ridiculous price at Curry's, Argos or on the Samsung website. I had this Model A51 a couple of years ago and I found it to be a really good phone. It does everything I need it to do and the item was also very well packaged and exactly as described. The phone arrived really quick too. I would highly recommend this phone and seller.

The Mobile was promptly despatched from the vendor, it was well packaged for transit and clearly marked as fragile goods.. The phone was absolutely as described, still in the makers sealed packaging.
