The contact with this seller was great. Any questions I asked they replied quickly. As for the wheelchair. This is a really good product for the price. A little difficult to get up some dropped curbs and can get stuck easily. But I'm sure once the wheels are worn in a little it will be better. It's nice to be independent again. Also the joystick can be very delicate to any type of movement. But so happy. Thank you so much to mobilityAhead for their help and support. 5* SELLER.
