  I ordered this for my 93 year old Mother as I thought it would help her when she came to stay. The Rollator came in a couple of days and my sister put it together. My poor Mother however wasn’t strong enough to work the brakes or walk behind it. The company readily agreed to refund my money and arranged collection. (For a small collection charge). I am very impressed with their service, and wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them.
