    Chair was delivered very quickly but was far too big and heavy for my needs so had to return. However MobilityPlus (especially Josh) were extremely helpful, suggesting alternatives which I initially rejected so refund was issued without a problem. They arranged a courier collection at a reasonable price given the size and weight of the package. So impressed with company that after some research I have gone back to them and purchased a smaller, lighter chair. 5 stars for service MobilityPlus

    Excellent service, original delivery date was up to 2 days after order placed, received apology message from courier saying delayed by day. The Company rang the day after order to pass their apologies for the delay and to confirm it would be delivered a day late (2 days after order placed) how many companies do that, really impressed. Have not yet had opportunity to use yet but arrived well packaged with only the foot plates to be added. Product favourably priced. Thank you.
