    Hello and welcome to our eBay shop :) Mobility Scooters Direct is our eBay outlet for selling our used Mobility Equipment and Accessories, We are based in central Scotland and our core business is looking after a small number of customers who we provide rental mobility equipment too. Through our eBay shop we are able to supply a wide range of Electric Wheelchairs and Mobility Scooters direct to our customers all over the UK. We have a great relationship with our delivery partner Tait Transport based in Bellshill ( Who are part of the UPN Pallet delivery Network ) and through Tait Transport we are able to securely package our chairs and scooters onto pallets and have them delivered often the next day direct to our customers home. Ordered that received before lunchtime are often dispatched the same day. Can't fault Lloyd he's a genuine guy who has outstanding customer service within 30 minutes of purchasing the scooter, I received a phone call to make sure that I made the right choice and give me more information about it. Delivery was made by himself which was great as you meet the seller. The scooter was as described and it is great value for money.

    Probably the best purchase I have made on ebay. Within 15 minutes of ordering my mobility scooter, the seller (Lloyd) contacted me to arrange a delivery date. True to his word, he arrived two days later at the precise time he had stated. (300 mile round trip). He then gave me a description of the workings of the scooter and a trial run.     Absolutely brilliant service. Lloyd is very knowledgeable about his powerchairs but also about users needs. He asked many questions about my disability and what I needed the chair for. He phoned me several times to make sure that I had made the right choice on my chair. It was then delivered at 0900 the following morning by courier who unpacked it for me and took away the pallet and packaging. I cannot praise the transaction high enough. I absolutely recommend Lloyd 100 per cent.
