Hi Sir, I have received stroller with high price without its lower basket and top sunhood. I tried all best to discuss with seller he always said you can return if you didn’t like stroller but with your own cost. We spend a lot money to buy this stroller and seller is just giving excuses that he is selling this stroller without basket and hood. I have stroller booklet with me in which all items been described. I just want seller give us its accessories or send us prepaid postage ticket. Thank

I'm sorry that you feel the accessories should be included as standard - as discussed, it does clearly state in the item description that these are optional extras and not included. As these are designed for children with additional needs, we keep our prices as low as possible to help families who need them.
