    The Rode PSA1 arm I received was damaged and missing critical parts. The metal pin was bent, and the desk clamp was not included, making it unusable without extra purchases. None of this was shown or mentioned in the listing. The condition was far worse than described — this was not just cosmetic wear, it affected functionality. Very disappointed, and would not have bought had the damage been disclosed. Seller marked as “no returns,” so be warned: what you get may not match what’s advertised.
