  Goods arrived on time and pretty much as advertised. There was a slight flaw in the model, which is no fault of the seller, and not enough of a flaw to return the model. After communicating this with the seller they offered me a small refund, which was unexpected, unnecessary, but greatly appreciated. This seller was genuinely concerned about my satisfaction with my purchase and showed great communication skills. I would certainly recommend them, and would not hesitate to deal with them again.

  The model arrived from Poland yesterday. It took a minute since it was a preorder item. The price was more than fair. The packaging was very well done for its long trip. It was brand new as stated and the quality was evident as soon as I took it out of the box and will look great in my display case. This was my first purchase from Models118com and it was easy and would have zero issues buying again from them. Excellent seller!!!!
