    One of the brackets arrived broken. I'm not surprised because they were wrapped in a single-layer of tissue, and they were boxed in a Hickory Farms box from the grocery store. That wasn't a cardboard box, it's like a cereal box. I paid a lot of money for these and I'm not happy. How will you fic this?
