Good communication with seller--would buy again. YODEL however, held my package for SIX DAYS before finally delivering it and were ENTIRELY uncommunicative and unhelpful. NO explanation, NO apology. Seller assures me they will not use Yodel in future, which I really appreciate. The product and the seller were not the problem YODEL however...

    Ok had a problem with me ordering wrong colour tried to exchange for correct colour it was not possible so they told me to keep it but they refunded abit of money back.. good customer service just disappointed i could not chsnge for my chosen colour

    Item received very quickly, and it is a lovely bra, nice quality but the bra itself is plain not patterned as per the photograph, and it was very big. I ordered my normal size, and it is enormous. Returning to seller with no problems. Hopefully I will receive my refund in a couple of days.
