Sends items irresponsibley packaged and is known to bump up package prices to make money on low auction sales. Our item turned up damaged and we refused to except delivery, and seller wanted do to nothing other than argue and make excuses. No refund or apologies given and poor communication. There is no sign of this board yet - it has been many weeks, so I am not sure it will be returned? Customer did not want to follow the returns process or provide photos of packaging or further ones of the item. It looks as though it has been accidentally cut with scissors. I am not sure what their comments about known to bump postage prices up are about. This is not true and slanderous.
