My ball head came extremely well packaged, shipped from him same day, and recieved in a timely manner considering how hard usps is getting hit right now. 10/10 recommend doing business with this one! Only negative was the 18.60 for ground advantage shipping, at that cost it could have shipped priority. Still not upset personally because of his willingness to accept offers.
