Item as described...inner packing completely intact even though seller declared item box had been opened. still, item was unused and like completely new, and works like a dream. nice to deal with an honest seller. all my questions were answered promptly, even though he was on holiday. arrived before time - no thanks to time waster UPS. if you have a choice, ask seller to send other than through UPS,as UPS promise it on one day and let you down at the last minute - very frustrating
