    The poor rating is for the quality of service by this seller. The shipping was supposed to be free but a surcharge of £4.70 was placed on the item at the sorting office before release. The packaging was also damaged. The delivery was much later than the date promised. Poor communication from the seller.

    Before purchase, I asked this seller if the battery would fit my strimmer (i gave them the brand name). They said "yes", so I paid the money. The battery arrived only to find it did not fit and was useless to me. I contacted the seller to arrange a refund and return, twice, giving them several weeks to respond, but they have not. Very disappointing. I would not use this seller
