I have ordered aquatic plant soil and when I received it, in the Gables was written it is ordinary soil,which means it is not the soil I have ordered and payed for it £9.I have contacted the seller twice to explain the problem and ask for refund or right item to be sent. The seller 's response was ignorant and disrespectful. He only wrote the laibaling team muted wrong label and he sent me a picture for right label and advise me po put on .When I wrote that it is not acceptable, hi never ansme.

Great communication. A very neat package turned up and I wasn’t sure if it was the right amount, as, I thought there were no instructions, but after messaging the company they got back to me very quickly, and there WERE instructions in the packaging but I didn’t realise ( luckily I had not thrown it away!). All well so thankyou.
