As I had it shipped directly to my friend, I was nervous about something so fragile, but it arrived well packaged and in perfect condition. Exactly as described and sooner than originally expected.     Good, solid item, obviously used but exactly as described. Well packaged - loved that the box was filled nicely with packing material to keep the box from being crushed. Decent price, especially considering the model is discontinued by Jansport (why, I'll never know...too long-lasting??) and so it's hard to find these days. No problem with wheels, zippers, handle, etc. Good to go for my next trip. Thank you, Momster Thrifts!
