Received my item damaged; it was not packaged correctly. There was no packaging paper, bubble wrap, or anything to protect the item during shipping and handling. It came in a plastic bag. Shipping time was great. Contacted seller for a return but time was getting short, so I had to get EBAY to step in. Seller wanted to help. Communication with seller was constant. EBAY helped me issue a refund and I got to keep the damaged item. It was unfortunate that I ended up with a damaged item.
