  I yesterday gave negative feedback simply because the carrier DPD reported the item delivered but didn’t tell us where. For five hours I had no idea where the item was or where to start to try and find it, A distant farm contacted us to say they had a parcel for me and so I received it this morning. As far as the seller is concerned, I would like to make it clear they had done everything they could to ensure the item was reasonably priced, very well packed and arrived in good time. Excellent

  Came perfectly as described and only took two days to arrive. Was accidentally sent the wrong charger for the laptop but I received great help from the owner who was very polite and the issue has since been sorted. Wonderful laptop and amazing customer support, definitely coming back!

  Computer arrived totally wrecked thanks to ups. I contacted this company and with no hesitation sent all my money back.i hope they recovered it from ups as it is totally unfair they should loose out. I would highly recommend this company. The description was spot on apart from the damage

  Absolutely perfect , a great pack pack for DSLR in great condition as described and great for airports where you have to put it in a tray to go through the X-ray machine because like all airports it leaves your sight and you worry something can be pinched out of your bag , but not with this bag because it locks . Giving peace of mind , arrived very quickly , perfect thank you , great seller and will by from again.
