    When I saw the broken package dropped in front of my door, I questioned the deliver lady:"Are you sure the inside stuff is not broken?" The lady ensured me inside is fine. However, the shelf got damaged during the shipping. After seeing the photo of broken vertical long piece of the shelf, the seller refund my money immediately. Definetly will buy from this seller, as I like the products and the friendly customer service. Thanks!

    I never opened box; My husband PT saw pic of it before it arrived and we were told it was not the correct chair for him due to his physical disability. If it weren’t for that we would have kept it. Looked like good quality chair for the right person. Thx to seller for being patient & understanding as we had no choice but to return it!
