Completely unhelpful when item was delivered to wrong address due to Royal mail not being able to do their job correctly. The picture provided is not at my company. No refund issued no item delivered so I've basically been robbed. Absolute joke. Probably a good seller if all goes well but when it goes wrong they just keep your money and turn their backs.
