    Ordered two bottles of essential oils, one of two bottles in the box arrived broken. Seller said it had to be thrown in snow while there was no snow and parcel was not thrown. Later seller asked do I want replacement and this time acusising RM they played soccer with package while box was not damaged at all. I agreed for new bottle but finally did not get any replacement. (Conversation through ebay messages )
