DON'T TRUST THIS SELLER. Seller lied about dispatching my items by 'Royal mail 24 delivery' on 13th September & it's now 19th. Seller telling me royal mail have told them they have lost my items which is a big LIE❗,as Royal mail told me today my items where never in their system or handed to them for delivery. Had to get Ebay to step in today to open a dispute & refund. Even EBay said they don't believe the seller & asked me for my permission to initiate a complaint against this sellers account

Out of 100 parcels, Courier sorting center lost or misplaced 2 parcels. After contacting them, 50% of the lost parcels were found. We sent a replacement as soon as customer complain, and it was delivered the next day, on the 20th, with tracking number JY007400379GB.
