  Would definitely buy from them again! Very transparent with potential defects in the product and shipped it with care. It was double boxed with bubble wrap and styrofoam to make sure the glass didn't break. It was annoying to pick the styrofoam pieces off the product but I'd prefer that over broken glass. It was exactly as described and no one could beat their price!

  item was not as listed, it was much larger than 6mm x 4mm. the company offered to have me return the hose, but I can't be bothered. Don't order this item. on the plus side, the hose came quickly and was well protected.

  Received what I ordered in a timely manner. The best part of this order, however, was the handmade box that the sender created, that was cut to the exact size of the package I ordered! Brilliant. I usually don't like ordering things online because it's a waste of packaging material, but not in this case! Thanks, mo_reclaimed_freight!
