  The product is great but I wish I could comment on seller communication. Hence neutral instead of positive. So we communicated multiple times about everything I wanted and that it could be done. Then I followed the necessary steps to purchase it and then the result was "it's already shipped so we can't modify it" like they said they could. I purchased it and immediately gave the purchase order to them. They responded after a while rather than quickly hence why it was too late.
