When I contacted the vendor (with photos of the item) asking for a Full Refund I was offered a 5% refund. I refused, The vendor offered a 50% refund. This is by far not the first time this happened to me. After wasting my time giving nonsense excuses about their courier having put the delivery in the wrong mailbag they sent a refund. All lies! don't trust them !
