  Poor customer service, item didn't arrive I checked the tracking and it had got lost in Cardiff, reported it to seller and got a photo of the white shelves I had also bought and told they had been delivered, black shelves had different order number and different tracking number but the caustic customer service didn't bother the check, just accused me of receiveing them, they work on the custome is always wrong.Had to send another email pointing out the error before they got replaced

  There was an initial issue with delivery, whereas they advised the driver had been to property and tried to charge me £25 extra. I advised them this was not the case as I was home all day. They sent the wardrobe again promptly. However the doors were damaged. Once again the comms were great and the new package was received in time. The rating is for the staff as they were fab.
