  The drill bits never arrived, that said the seller contacted me to let me know they were held up in a warehouse and would not be able to give me a delivery date. They offered me my money back (which I accepted) and said when they doo arrive I could keep them as an apology. The refund was made the same day. I would have no problems buying from this seller in the future. Their communications were spot on.
