We waited and waited, never was showing any update with the USPS. Contacted Seller about issue, and they automatically shipped out another. Our original order just sat in transit never moving. The seller went above and beyond to make sure we received another one. For some reason some buyers think that sellers have control over the USPS. I no longer have control over an item once the item starts "tracking" in USPS system. Thank you for contacting me once you realized that the shipment was "Stuck" somewhere which allows me to look into it and to ship a replacement part so you are not waiting for a product that might never arrive. I did notice that both of the fuel lines finally arrived at your location on the same day.

The packaging of the switch was impressive. It should be illegal to have to buy a new shopvac because the MFG does not sell the part by itself. Think about all of the shopvacs in the land fill due to this. If you did not know this, SHOPVAC engineers thought it was a good idea to use the ON/OFF switch as a circuit breaker for thermal overload protection. pretty pathetic. but it allows them to sell you another one! Glad you liked the packaging. I have NEVER had one damaged.
