No info of import duty due, seller used UPS, when parcel was in the UK, I discovered I would have to pay another £49 import duty to receive my item, messaged seller that no info on import duty due in listing, seller edited listed to show import duty ... total snidey sellers, selling poorly made rubbish that's not fit for purpose...Avoid this seller, avoid this Constands rubbish too, yes as the name suggests, I've been conned 100%.

Product came from Germany and a customs charge had to be paid, this was unclear on ordering but acceptable due to exit from the EU. That made it much less of a bargain , and when I had to purchase a separate fitting plate in addition to the one supplied , it made the purchase double the advertised price, be careful, it as all top quality stuff mind.

The seller charges me extra when receiving the saddlebags and amout is fot himself, there are no additional fees. I'm not suggesting this seller. Got good package and same scaff of shipping. No communication with the seller. They don't want to refund me cuz I was already pay it. Don't buy from this seller anymore. They are bad reviews in Google. Their company is temporarily closed! Stay aware!
