About us

My mother loved books. When she started a new hobby, she invested in books. Her passions were gardening, quilting, and collecting cookbooks. She also loved paperbacks. She read prolifically - mostly romances and mysteries. Mother saved every paperback she read in the last 20 years and believe me when I say there were a lot of books read! I also love to read and I'm categorically unable to throw a book away. This store is my attempt to honor my mother's library and pass on these great books - and other things - to new owners who will love them as much as we did.
