  The listing clearly states you were buying a diagnostic service for your OWN instrument cluster. We don't send a new or used item to you, we return your item after we have tested, and optionally repaired it. Disappointing that you left negative feedback through no failure on our part and in the midst of our eBay chat within which I offered to cancel the order immediately.
