    Def ask for tracking they told me they are using a third party to get items to royal mail, which was a day late with my item , when I asked , all I got was we posted it , but it did not go into tracking system until the following day 24 hr delivery starts when Royal mail get the item , if thier third party does not get it there then you're/ as my item was, logged as posted but was not actually in the royal mail system so will and has been a day late, will not use this company again

    Unfortunately I received an empty package posted through my door and delivery took ages once dispatched. If the package had its contents it would not have fitted through my letterbox. Package was stuck at Royal Mail West Midlands Superhub for days. Spoke to customer services which were more or less instant replies. Also spoke to them on the phone. Instant refund given once sent proof of no contents.
