  I ordered a 2nd knee support from this seller as I was so pleased with the first one I bought last year. When it came it wasn't like the first one at all. I contacted the seller who apologised and said if I could still use it they would offer me a 10% refund which amounted to 45 pence! I replied that as a gesture of goodwill they might refund me £1 but they never replied again. I bought the 2nd one for my husband in good faith as the seller was still advertising with the sane photo as before.
