What a terrible company, extremely unprofessional. They sent cheaper alternatives to what we ordered, when the issue was raised there was no hint of an apology? No support to resolve the issue, we were just told to return the package. The refund was then processed 52 hours after the return was received & no response from this seller. Having read their Google reviews, I see they are a company that has a poor after sales reputation. We purchased from an alternative source after a poor experience.

Return was delivered here on Saturday and was refunded on the Monday. Not sure what the google review comment is about, we average 5 stars over our google reviews. Bit awkward as that's more than your company's average of 4.5 stars, maybe you need to look at your own company's issues before criticising others.
