I received the item and it has no manufacturer name, contact number, manual, link to instructional video etc. Seller is not responding and professional installer claims it does not work with my car and or cannot figure it out. It’s a $419 part that requires specific installation specific an Audi A8 and NOTHING IS INCLUDED with the wires and lights. What manufacturer does not provide instructions on something this complicated?? AWFUL and am returning for refund as seller is not responsive.
