    The battery was as stated. However DPD couriers left it on the doorstep of the wrong address. Luckily I could see where the address was and I was able to retrieve my package. (½ mile away) The box had been opened but the contents were still intact. I contacted the seller who apologised.

    Telephone number doesn’t work they only communicate by email and messages so be aware of that. Otherwise once we got a reply the issue was resolved fast. There was an issue with the listing so we ended up with thr wrong battery, but return started and refund landed immediate before the return label! So fast to resolve an issue which is great. Hopefully the return label will be prompt and we can get this shipped back to the seller. All in all a good seller we were just unlucky this time.
