It was found to be 'too big' for the space at our driveway. We re-packed the item after errection, and comntacted you The Seller'. You accepted the return of the item - at our expense. DHL have charge over £100 to return. You agreed - on return to examine the package, and if everyting is OK, you will refunmd me. In the meantime, I have ordered a replacement - from you - a smaller version - which is fine.

All the measurements are shown in the listing along with a warning. We state that you should measure the area you are looking to keep this due to the size of it and that they are expensive to return them if found to be too large. Although £100 seems quite excessive as Parcelforce would have charged about £40 - £50.
