    Absolutely appalling seller with no care for customer service. Don't trust them when they mark an item as "in stock" and don't pay for next day delivery, because you won't get it. They ignored most of my messages and I had to get eBay to intervene to get a refund because they ignored my request the same way they ignored my messages. Over two weeks of messing me around, now I'm waiting for eBay to send me my refund. What a joke of a seller, don't waste your time, shop elsewhere.

    Item never arrived, contacted M&P, item was not in stock but with supplier. M&P said there was a problem with supplier. Waited a month still didn't arrive, no further replies with M&P after various messages, I was ignored. Ebay refunded me my monies. I expect better service from M&P. Why list an item thats not in stock ? This is the second time I have had the same problem, there wont be a third !!!
