Great Stereo, but Shipping Delays I bought this stereo for my 2013 Toyota Tacoma, and while it works great, getting the right parts was a hassle. The company first sent a missing frame, then admitted my truck model is only 5% of their sales, so they’d ship a new one. Customer service is overseas, so responses were slow but polite. The U.S. warehouse had shipping issues, causing weeks of delays. It took a month, but they fixed it. Great stereo, just expect long wait times.

Ordered from this company for a January 2nd birthday gift. Unfortunately, the unit was fitted and sadly was unresponsive to some of its functions. The seller went above and beyond to try and sort out the issues, but sadly it was a hardware fault, not software. Meaning I was unable to use the unit and sadly. I offered to return it but The seller simply refunded me in full. Very "good" company to deal with and I'm sure this was just a one off incident. So buy with confidence.
