  Item as discribed, Packed very well, even the wheel studs had rubber protection caps. Took several extra days to arrive. However believe to be the carrier rather than seller, as, looked like shipped next morn for I had ordered late night. The product was in great shape, fit my Kubota BX24 Tractor perfectly, no special tools required nor extra parts to hunt for. There are no instructions, as, really don't believe a need someone preforming this install.
