Hermes decided to deliver the parcel to the wrong collect store, completely not the sellers fault as it had the correct location, however still issued a refund out of good will. Communication was on point when we realized that parcel had been delivered but was not at the specified store, which helped to track it down. Top seller, no concerns ordering from them again!

Evri lost the item but Matt had informed me of a problem long before and let me know there was a problem immediately and offered a refund even though it wasnt his fault, Evri at their best. I chose to wait a few more days to see if it turned up,but it was a no show,contacted Matt and he issued a refund within a few minutes. Fantastic service and customer care.
