    Seller was great as the Item was as well priced,as described and posted on time (sent tracked 48) its just a shame the royal mail decided to let the seller down by not scanning the package so it could be tracked nor did they deliver it within their own 48hr delivery time. The sump plug should have arrived thursday/Friday but it didn't arrive until the following Monday which unfortunately was after the service on the car had to be done. Never mind,at-least I'll have it for next time lol.

    Sunday - ordered with incorrect address. 5 mins later messaged the company very apologetic. Monday morning receive an email telling me their terms and conditions. 30 seconds later receive a notice that they have been shipped. I'm then later told I cannot have the address changed after they have been sent. I can't now cancel as they are going to somewhere miles away. Seller is not helpful and very standoffish. I know I put the wrong address but seller isn't helpful at all. Customer service sucks.
