  The zippers missing their backing and rub and irritate the skin, damaging underwear and stockings. After describing and documenting the defects, the seller simply broke off contact. The seller is registered as a private individual from the UAE, but the goods were shipped by a company in Germany, which suggests a commercial seller.

  The seller marked the item shipped a week after I ordered, but didn't provide a tracking number I waited 10 days after the expected delivery date before reporting that I didn't receive this set. Once Ebay refunded me, the seller immediately began asking me to send the money to them saying the item would be ready soon...., more than a month after they claimed to have shipped. Avoid these scammers.

  We already told the customer that making a custom size dress takes times. Customer wants a made to measure dress with overnight shipping which is not possible.

  Disappointed in the quality of the leather, which was cow leather not lamb leather. We asked for soft and supple leather and instead received hard and stiff leather with a strong horrible chemical smell that took several weeks to dissipate. Seller was good at communications until there was a problem and then no response.
