    The seller sent me a brand new sealed box set making this purchase and excellent value. The seller could use a little more information in his descriptions but communication were favorable so I took a chance and won with this seller. The box set arrived on time and in pristine condition. Each CD is enclosed in high quality paper holder with the original album artwork on both sides however, the holder is made of a rather stiff material and I will let you know if it scratches the CD's from use.

    There was a problem with delivery. Tracking said it was delivered on a Monday but it didn't actually arrive until Wednesday but once it arrived everything was exactly as described. Communication over this issue was fast & courteous. Most likely a shipper issue NOT a seller issue. Completely happy with my purchase and would buy from again as I have before. TANX

    The item was described perfectly. The shipping time was absolutely atrocious. The customer service, I believe, is just Ai or something. They will not read your messages and just send template messages about how they are sorry the shipping time is horrendous. It's such a problem that you could message them anything unrelated to the order and you'll get some prerecorded message. Order for the price and the product, then be prepared to wait 2 months with no communication that's real.

Item received was as described in the listing and was packed inside a padded envelope with no additional padding or reinforcement. Glad there was no damage to the case as has happened before with this seller. The condition of CD received and reasonable price made for a great purchasing experience. Only negative is the long wait time to receive your item.
