    I ordered the item, waited for its arrival. When it came I thought that it looked a bit odd in its box. It turned out that it was the wrong gasket. I then texted the seller. But same as the seller mixed up numbers on dispatch I got them wrong in my explanation off what had happened, saying that that had sent the wrong gasket. The seller wasn’t wearing it. Then I sent them another text with correct numbers. Same response, I sent a photo showing item and number. Then seller refunded me. Thankyou.

    Item was ideal and new - what I needed and good quality. However the packaging label was poorly printed (should have been spotted) and it cut of part of my address which meant that the delivery was unable to complete and marked as return to sender. It was only the post office that figured out and delivered it the following day. Responsiveness and quality of communications were not great. Good value but let down with service.
